1. Products and Services
THDRMAPS provides digital content such as:
- Custom UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite) maps
- UEFN assets, templates, and creative tools
All products are digital and delivered online only.
2. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your files will be available for download via Payhip or sent to your email.
Please double-check your email and details before purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information at checkout.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Incompatibility with your setup or software
- Misunderstanding of the product description
- Change of mind after purchase
Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked, therefore no refunds will be issued.
By purchasing from THDRMAPS, you agree to this no-refund policy in full.
4. License and Usage
By purchasing from THDRMAPS, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own creative projects, such as Fortnite experiences using UEFN.
You may not:
- Re-sell, redistribute, or share the product
- Re-upload to any marketplace, store, or platform
- Claim the work as your own
- Use it in a way that violates Epic Games’ terms
Breaking these terms may lead to legal action and termination of access to future products. We reserve the right to pursue copyright infringement claims and damages if our content is misused in any way, including unauthorized sharing.
Even if a violation is unintentional, you are still fully responsible for how you use our products.
5. Intellectual Property
All content sold or distributed by THDRMAPS remains the intellectual property of THDRMAPS. You are buying a license to use the content—not ownership of the content itself.
6. Disclaimer
THDRMAPS is an independent creator and is not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by Epic Games or Fortnite. UEFN is a product of Epic Games, and use of it is subject to their terms of service.
